Police Report to Insurer

I was coming from Agra to Delhi with a moderate speed.Suddenly a motorcyclist,from opposite direction collided with my car near Hodal & got seriously injured.My vehicle was damaged.The motorcyclist was rushed to Hospital.Local police made report ( Detail,I do not know),Should I tell about police report to my insurer?

You must declare the injuries to the M/Cyclist and if Police report is in your knowledge, do declare that also. Insurance company has a liability of M/Cylist TP Loss also and your hiding this shall amount to concealing the material fact, which may create problem in future. It is immaterial that in police report you might be an accused of accident, but this makes no different on you OD Claim. But do not hide the facts.
