Dear Friends
The job of a surveyor is very noble & respectful in the society. The professional is supposed to work as an eye to the insurer & helping hand to the insured. He is supposed to be a catalyst/bridge between the insured & insurer, keeping the interest of both of them & assess the loss as per best of his knowledge & experience, but without prejudice. As per ethics & law also,He is independent to be honest in assessing the loss without favouring any of the two.i.e.,insured & insurer.
Engineering back ground persons (except some areas, where other qualified persons) are required to get a licence of a surveyor.
In short,A surveyor is a qualified & takes the responsibility of a particular society,so should be given due respect by all.
Now my question is,whether my fellow surveyors....

Now my question is,whether my fellow surveyors....
- are working as per their ethics & law?
- are impartial at the time of assessing the loss & are not favouring the insurer ?
- are working,loosing their dignity?
- are getting our professional fees full as per tariff plan in time?
- are getting due respect from less qualified/below standard persons?
- are not using any unethical way (bribe or other obligation) to get business?
- are not united for our common professional cause.
If you answer (any or all above) in "YES',please think over again, how long this profession will survive?
Let us start living with raised head
Thank you,

Dear All
There is no other option --------------------
Either------------------------ LOVE
Or ---------------------------- LEAVE
----------YOUR PROFESSION.
When you love your profession, it will LOVE you.
If you hate it, it will HATE you.
If you condemn it, it will CONDEMN you.
SO YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO LOVE IT AND RESPECT IT SO THAT IT CAN RETURN THE SAME TO YOU.

Dear Mr. Goel.
I want to answer your questions in brief :
It is a Noble Profession, I love the profession. Whatever I achieved in life till date is being given to me by my parents and this noble profession. It is our responsibility to give something back to this profession.
