INVALID DRIVING LICENCE


I am having a valid licence for Motor car only. Can I drive 
Motor Cycle also? Is claim payable?

As per rule there is no clear instructions
But insurers generally rejects the claim.
But I have observed that insured has taken claim through consumer court/forum.

The Specific Driving Licencing Authority issue DL classifications as per use.I find no reason to agree that DL holder for Motor Car can drive Motor Cycle also.

A person holding a licence for Car only is not eligible for driving the M/Cycle. Insurance company shall reject the claim and shall do rightly so/
